What is Melt? MELT is a program that was designed for self-treatment for people who are in chronic pain. By learning how to MELT you can learn how to decrease the stress on your body.

When you are in extreme pain your stability and balance decline drastically. MELT was developed by therapist Sue Hitzmann, to restore your body’s efficiency and to live a happy normal life. Our Physical Therapist Kristine Wanmer, is a Certified MELT instructor. We have all the supplies here that you need to MELT the pain away!
